Welcome to Craig Shaw Carpentry. Originally from Zimbabwe, I started my carpentry career in South Africa in 1997 working for a business that set up a luxury bushcamp in the Kruger National Park area. My work then took me to doing various fit outs in luxury safari lodges in the Sabi Sand game reserve and other parts of South Africa. I also designed and made a rustic furniture range which was very popular.

I do a wide range of work, as you can see in my gallery, which include full refurbishments, new build fitouts, extensions, and a whole range of carpentry work which include built-in wardrobes, kitchen fitting, flooring, fencing etc.

Based in Ashford,  I have been working on many new build projects since being here, as well as other carpentry jobs all over this part of Kent. I consider myself polite, reliable, punctual and conscientious when dealing with clients.

I have an NVQ level II in carpentry as well as a Certificate III in Carpentry which is an Australian qualification. I am also a member of Check a Trade where you are welcome to view my profile (please click here)
